The Josefine Ottilia Foundation
About the Foundation
The Josefine Ottilia Foundation is a small, privately funded foundation created to help children and elderly people in need.
The foundation is not a full-time organization and does not operate on a fixed budget. Instead, it exists to provide help when there is a clear need and when funds are available. Any surplus funds from our other projects may be directed to the foundation to support meaningful and direct aid.
The foundation is run by Suong Le and Marcus Björnesson, who are personally involved in deciding how and where help is given. Our focus is on practical support rather than administration or large-scale operations.
Our Mission
- To support children and elderly people in vulnerable situations
- To provide direct help where it can make a real difference
- To remain small, transparent, and personally involved
- To act responsibly, based on available resources
Our Work
The foundation's work has focused on helping children in need by providing direct support where it is most needed.
We choose to work on a case-by-case basis, ensuring that any support given reaches the intended recipients and serves a real purpose.
Christmas 2025
Together with friends, we donated gift bags to children at a cancer hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Each bag included a toy, cake, and milk, as candy was not allowed. The children were very happy—this is not something they receive often.
